01 You'll start at

The meeting place for the excursion “Centennial Monument.” It is located outside the Albert I garden, directly facing the sea.
It is also 100 m from the Méridien hotel and the McDonald’s.
02 Monument du Centenaire
- Stop: 20 minutes

This is the right place to start our tour, where I will talk to you about the evolution of the city of Nice over the centuries. We will then head towards the famous Place Masséna and more precisely towards the Fountain of the Sun.
03 Place Massena
- Stop: 20 minutes

With its beautiful Piedmontese architecture and its fountain of the sun housing the famous statue of Apollo, Place Masséna is the indisputable and unmissable lungs of Nice.
04 Marché aux Fleurs Cours Saleya
- Stop: 20 minutes - Admission included

Visit the famous Flower Market on Cours Saleya with its bright colors and sublime scents, presenting the flowers of the region, including the famous lavender. On Mondays, it’s time for the antique market.
05 Old Town
- Stop: 60 minutes

I will show you the jewels of old Nice, its narrow cobbled streets, its alleys used to keep things cool in summer and warm in winter. You will contemplate the facades of its old buildings in pastel tones and you wander through its shops selling Nice soap, Provençal textiles, cheese, crafts and to all this is added the scent of spices and food. In this wonderful, picturesque and colorful place, you will discover countless restaurants, squares, churches, monuments, museums, cafes, wine bars and ice cream parlors.
06 Colline du Château
- Stop: 30 minutes

You will also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the top of the castle hill. You will discover the magical view over the entire Promenade des Anglais, the famous waterfall, the large green park on the one hand and the beautiful port of Nice and the magnificent view of the Mont Boron hill on the other. Nice, a story that says a lot.
